Lasting impact

Small, consistent investments in governance, leadership, and operations compound into organizations that don't just do good work — they endure.

Too many nonprofits are led by brilliant people working against fragile systems, unclear strategy, and governance gaps that slow them down. Compounding Heights exists to change that. We bring Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rigor to organizations where the stakes are highest — partnering with leaders and boards to build the operational and financial foundations that turn good intentions into measurable, lasting change.

Compounding Heights

About me

This was always the plan.

Built for impact. Trained in the world's most demanding organizations.

From an early age, giving back wasn't something I did occasionally — it was simply part of how I moved through the world. Volunteering in my community, contributing to local causes, showing up where help was needed. I learned early that even the smallest acts of kindness can set off a butterfly effect of lasting change — rippling far beyond the moment they begin.

My life's ambition has always been to dedicate my work to impact. But I made a deliberate choice: before I could serve mission-driven organizations at the highest level, I needed to understand how the world's most effective institutions operate. So I spent more than two decades building that foundation — inside FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies across energy, healthcare, and technology — learning the disciplines of strategy, governance, financial rigor, and operational excellence that drive sustainable growth.

That experience was never an end in itself. It was preparation. The same principles that help global corporations scale efficiently, manage risk, and lead through complexity are precisely what many nonprofits need — and rarely have access to. Compounding Heights exists to close that gap.

My community work has kept me grounded in what matters most: supporting people experiencing homelessness, and protecting the natural environments we all depend on. These are not abstract causes. They are the reason this firm exists.
